LBI focuses on the management and execution of our work as it pertains to Quality Control, Schedule Control and Cost Control. At the very center of these is our commitment to satisfied clients. Every LBI employee takes this to heart every day throughout the duration of our projects, from negotiations with our clients, through pre-construction, construction, project closeout and post-project activities, including staying involved through the end of our warranty period.
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
LBI maintains the in-house expertise to provide consulting services to assist Owners with the complete Design-Build process from planning, legal entitlements, to hiring of the design team, and managing the design/construction process.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
As general Contractor for numerous projects throughout South Florida, LBI’s reputation for quality, safety, as well as the timely and cost effective delivery of projects is well known throughout the industry.
